Expensive hotel for what is offered. Air conditioning at the room didn’t work. It was colder outside than in the room.
The bathroom sink was clogged since we got there.
Food was just ok and the service was subpar.
The staff was helpful but didn’t look very motivated.
Pros: The location is beautiful and close to amazing beaches. Great marina on site and mini private beach (rocky but still beautiful)
This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The room stank damp and there was black mills in the bathroom. We were booked in for 7 nights but left after the first night. When asked why we were leaving I told them about the room and all I got was a comment ok then The food was ok but the rest was awful

Breakfast is not great - industrially bought cakes, croissants, fruit salad (pineapple?? Where are the italian friuts??). Pity when you can buy local produce and cakes at the local stores - much more tasty!!
To management: restore the rooms quality over next 2 years, upgrade the wifi, and make breakfast a feast of local produce.
It's a 3 star with a pool and nice view
This hotel is amazing. It is located right to the sea. There is a very small beach where you can have sunbathing. If you want to swim you have to use the pool in front of the hotel, because there are rocks before getting to the sea. Anyway there is a beautiful long beach located 2.5 km away towards Marinella, where you can see it from the hotel. It takes 30-40 min on foot to get there. The staff was very polite and welcoming. The food was great. The one thing that let me down was that the tennis court they had was out of order. Otherwise i would love to go again.
The rooms seemed old and smelled old. Unless you pay extra for a sea view the rooms view is a wall or steps. The staff seemed unfriendly unless you were Italian. Even if you spoke italian. Very limited WiFi coverage which is restricted to accounts for 4 hours. Where you need to get logins from reception. The space around the pool is very cramped and the beach is limited and full of stones. Little annoyance having to pay a hefty deposit for pool towels. Also very awkward to get too. Do not try it without a car
Dinner and Breakfast were just amazing. The incredible variety and quality of meals were over every expectation. I had the chance to try Sardinia tipica food, such a great experience!
My room's view, at the top of the hill, was stunning, feeling like I cloud jump directly into the sea, moreover the room was comfortable and quiet. The swimming pool area and the bar area were very well organised and you can actually admire the sea from the swimming pool...just amazing.
All staff were absolutely lovely and kind. An amazing experience in Sardegna.
Nice hotel with a really sweet private beach.
I strongly recommend to rent a car at the airport for your stay as this makes your life sooo much easier, it’s really cheap too.
We booked the stay with breakfast and that was the best choice as there are brilliant restaurant with original Italian food.
Lovely place has its own little beach lovely food with such a variety of buffet choice before main meal very attentive friendly staff rooms are cleaned every day fresh towels daily you need a car to get around reasonably cheap taxi very expensive
